Vic: Fire causes damage on millionaires' row
The multi-million dollar Melbourne mansion of one of transport magnate LINDSAY FOX's
sons was severely damaged when fire ripped through the luxury residence early today.
Neighbours alerted ANDREW FOX and his wife FIONA at around 4am (AEST) to the blaze
which had engulfed half of their $7 million Kooyong Road, Toorak home.
The couple and their five children, including a three-week-old infant, escaped, but
watched on helplessly as flames caused $4 million damage to their home.
Fire investigators say an electrical fault in an airconditioning motor is believed
to have sparked the blaze.
